What's New at the Library
Preparing for the Move of the Weston Jesuit Library Collection
In preparation for the move of the Weston Jesuit library collection to the Boston College Theology and Ministry Library
later this summer, we will be modifying due dates and the length of borrowing periods to keep materials accessible as
long as possible for everyone and, at the same time, to do our best to have all Weston Jesuit materials
back in the library by the time we need to pack for the August move.
Please take careful note of the following dates:
END OF SPRING SEMESTER DUE DATE: MAY 15, 2008
This reflects our ususal practice of retrieving as many materials as possible at the end of the semester
If you are graduating, planning to be away all summer or will not be returning in the fall, you especially
need to return your library materials by this date.
END OF JUNE TERM DUE DATE: JUNE 30, 2008
For anyone needing to borrow or renew materials after the May 15 due date.
All borrowers--faculty, staff, students, BTI, etc.--will be assigned the June 30 due date.
AFTER JUNE 30
There will be no online or phone renewals and no renewals for Weston Jesuit materials.
Everyone must physically return their items to the library.
EDS materials may be renewed.
AS OF JULY 1, 2008
Weston Jesuit holdings will be suppressed in the online catalog as packing commences.
Please ask a Librarian for assistance if you need to locate a particular item.
